Founders
Martin Levine, CPA
Previously, Mr. Levine worked as Director of
International Services Group with Aronson and
Company (formerly Aronson Fetridge & Weigle)
responsible for international clients, merges and
acquisitions, multi-state clients and the
outsourcing practice. Prior to Aronson, he was
Senior Vice President and Director of Tax for Kaiser
Group International, Inc. (formerly ICF Kaiser
International). Kaiser was a NYSE listed company
that operated throughout the U.S.A. and
over 30 foreign countries where they employed over
5,000 employees. He was responsible for their
worldwide tax function. They acquired and disposed
of a number of companies during the ten year Marty
was there. Prior to joining Kaiser, Mr. Levine was
Director of Tax at Comsat, after holding numerous
other financial management positions during his 20
plus year tenure.
Mr. Levine has been the Tax Executive Institute
Regional Vice President, member of their Board of
Directors and chaired three of their committees. He
has also served as President of the
Baltimore-Washington Chapter of Tax Executive
Institute. In addition, Mr. Levine is a Chairman of
NAFSA Finance
and Audit Committee, a subcommittee of NAFSA's board
of directors.
Natalie Berman, CPA
Natalie Berman has been practicing accounting and
tax for over 20 years. Most of her hands-on
experience derives from public practice working with
variety of business and individual clients with
domestic and international background. Taxation of
foreign nationals working in the U.S. for nonprofit
and for-profit organizations, such as entrepreneurs,
doctors, scientists, athletes, students etc. has
always been primary focus of Natalie’s professional
practice.
She graduated from the University of Maryland
University College and is registered as a Certified
Public Accountant with the State of Maryland and the
State of Virginia. She is a member of the Maryland
Association of Certified Public Accountants (www.macpa.org)
and Maryland Society of Accountants.
Boris Foxman, RFC
Boris Foxman has over 10 years of experience in
business and financial planning. His entrepreneurial
spirit and high professional standards have been a
great moving force in building solid foundation for
LBF. He is also one of the founders of a successful
accounting and financial services practice that
still continues to grow. Over years, Boris has
gained a wealth of expertise in the area of
retirement and benefits planning assisting his
business clients. Many of his clients, such as
doctors, scientists, researchers and entrepreneurs
have international backgrounds. He helps them
coordinate their retirement benefits, protect their
assets and reduce tax liabilities. He graduated from
Tomsk Polytechnical University and the College for
Financial Planning. He holds the designation of
Registered Financial Consultant and is a member of
the Financial Planning Association (www.fpanet.org)
and the International Association of Registered
Financial Consultants (www.iarfc.org).
