to help us
determine your
tax status in
the U.S.
Step 2.
Collect the
source documents.

Supporting
Documents.
Step 3. Refer to
our tax
organizers to
classify your
expenses. The
LBF Tax
Organizer is helpful
for detailed
analysis of tax
deductions. We
recommend
using the short
version for
those with fewer
deductible expenses.
Step 4. Submit
the LBF
Questionnaire,
one of the two
tax organizers
(whichever
applies, see
below) with
copies of your
source documents
by email at
customerservice@lbftax.com or
mail it to us at

Step 5. Our
representative
will contact you
to advise about
the payment
details as well
as require
additional
information if
necessary.
Step 6. After
the tax return
is completed, it
will be mailed
out with the
detailed
instructions to
the
address indicated
on the LBF
Questionnaire.
